Our shipping and handling charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. An additional heavyweight charge will be applied to heavy or oversized items as indicated.

Because of this commitment, we never sell, rent or trade email addresses with any other company. And we utilize state-of-the-art security software to protect your financial information.
What information do you need to provide?
When you place an order, we need to know your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and deliver your order, and to send you online order and shipping confirmations and, with your permission, special promotional offers.
When you send a gift to another address, we need to have the name, address and phone number of that person as well, so we are able to correctly deliver your gift.
How can I discontinue promotional emails?
At the bottom of each email is information about removing your name from our email list. Simply follow the instructions and we'll remove your name. Or fill out the form on the Contact Us page. Please note that it may take several hours for the change to take effect, and you may receive emails during that time.
After you make a purchase, for your convenience we will still send confirmations and information about your order. We may also contact you by phone or email if we have questions regarding your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days for a full product refund; note shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items returned must be in the original packaging and condition with all labels and tags. Damaged items cannot be returned. All returns are subject to inspection. Please note you must email or call to receive a return authorization prior to sending your return back. Returns recieved without a return authorization will be returned to sender and not processed.
- In Store Purchases do NOT qualify for the above policy; all in store purchases carry a 30 day exchange period only, no refunds.
- No refunds will be honored for special orders; special orders are marked with "Call For Availability". Upon calling you will be notified whether your item is a special order item.
